Return & Exchange Policy

At Nextart we want every customer coming away from their experience 100% satisfied with the artwork they’ve chosen. If for any reason we have shipped the wrong size, damaged canvas or wrong image we are very sorry. We will replace the image 100% free of charge. We cannot guarantee that the image will be the exact colours that you see on your monitor or mobile device; this is due to the fact that we cannot control the calibration of your device’s screen. If you would like to exchange it for a different piece because of the colours mismatching your screen, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee to the account with which you purchased the artwork.

We understand that shipping is not always prefect. If the piece has been damaged due to the shipping process, we are very sorry and will replace the image 100% free. We will however ask you to please provide a picture of the damage so that we can diagnose the issue to avoid the problem in the future.

If you receive the artwork and are unsatisfied with it and would like to return it we will accept it back, however the shipping is on you. You will be charged the 30% restocking fee to the account with which you purchased the artwork. We will process the return within 24 hours and will refund to the same account the full amount of the original purchase. You should receive the refund 3-5 business days after processing. Cancellation Policy

With any Nextart purchase you have 24 hours to change your mind. Simply log into your account and cancel your order. If you made a purchase and don’t have an account you can contact us and we will be happy to help you cancel it. After the 24 hours have elapsed you may still cancel the order, however a 30% restocking fee will be processed along with your refund.

You can also make changes within 24 hours to any order as necessary without issue. If it has been more than 24 hours, and you need to change something, please contact us as soon as possible and we may still be able to help you out.

We will send a confirmation email for changes and cancellation as soon as you have made them. If you don’t receive the email please contact us directly at (1-888-555-5555) as soon as possible.
